system brief introduction The drilling waste mud disposal system can be used to process solid waste and waste water from the solid control system of drilling process, waste not drop on the ground, reach discharge standards after disposed. The system consists of by HGD (drying shaker) unit, buffer tank unit, centrifuge unit, medicament preparation + laboratory unit, filter unit and filter + reverse osmosis unit and other major equipment, screw conveyor, double helix mixing conveyor and other auxiliary equipment. In addition to user is required to equipped with own cuttings box, transport vehicles, generator, excavator etc. Maximum processing capacity is 20 cubic meters / hour, the total installed capacity of 156.6kw. The system design utilizes chemical treatment to enhance the treatment effect of solid-liquid separation equipment. After centrifugal separation, filter, multi medium filtration, reverse osmosis process, make the harmful part in the mud emission along with the solid phase, liquid phase could be used for the preparation of slurry, discharge or irrigation, solid part reburied after solidification treatment.

The mixing effect is good, mixing accuracy is high.
